The 30-Day Fur-Free Guarantee
Run FurLift across your back seat. If the fur doesn't lift, email us within 30 days of delivery and we refund every cent. No return shipment required, no forms, no restocking fee. This is the same guarantee we advertise on our product pages, and it applies to every order — including discounted, promotional and multi-pack orders. There is no exclusion for sale items.
How to request a refund
Email havenryinfo@gmail.com with your order number and one line about what didn't work. We reply within one business day. Once confirmed, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a further 3–10 business days to post it.
Do I need to send the product back?
Not for FurLift. Keep it or pass it to a friend — we would rather you keep the tool than pay return postage on it.
For our larger items (dog beds, seat extenders, grooming hammocks, collars and seat belts) we do ask for the item back. Email us first and we will arrange the return at our cost. Items posted back without contacting us first can't be processed, because we have no way to match them to your order.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email havenryinfo@gmail.com with a photo. We send a replacement or a full refund straight away — no return needed, and no time limit on transit damage.
Exchanges
Want a different colour or pack size? Email us and we'll sort it out. Usually the fastest route is a refund on the original order and a fresh order for what you actually want.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. We dispatch in 1–3 business days, so email us quickly and we'll do our best. If it has already left, the 30-day guarantee above still covers you.
What isn't covered
Gift cards, and requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
