Order placed
You get an order confirmation email straight away. Keep it — it has your order number.

Dispatch in 1–3 business days
We pack and hand your parcel to the carrier Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Find the tracking number in your shipping email. The first tracking update may take 24–48 hours after the label is created.

Transit after dispatch
Typically 8–12 business days; international transit typically takes 10–20 business days. Remote addresses can take longer.

If your order has not dispatched after 3 business days, or tracking has not moved for 10 business days, email us with your order number. We reply within one business day.
