Shipping

Free tracked shipping on orders over $50. Every FurLift 2-pack and 3-pack qualifies. Orders below the threshold have a $4.99 shipping charge.

Processing time

Orders dispatch in 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday excluding holidays. Your shipping email contains your tracking number.

Delivery time

Typical transit is 8–12 business days after dispatch. Processing time comes before transit time. Rural and remote addresses may take longer.

International orders

If your address is accepted at checkout, orders over $50 ship free. International transit typically takes 10–20 business days after dispatch. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the customer’s responsibility.

Track your parcel

Use the tracking link in your shipping email or enter your tracking number on our Track Your Order page. Your order number is different and cannot be used in the tracking field. Allow 24–48 hours after the shipping label is created for the first tracking update.

Changing your address or order

Email havenryinfo@gmail.com as soon as possible, ideally within 12 hours of ordering. We can update an order before it ships. Once the parcel is with the carrier, we cannot change its address.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your order has not dispatched after 3 business days, tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number. Include a photo for damage. For a lost or damaged parcel, we offer a replacement or full refund under our refund policy.
